Are you aware that singing and synching our voices with others has been shown to produce oxytocin, boost the immune system, lower cortisol levels and relieve stress for those living with cancer? Group singing can also be a powerful form of 'nonviolent direct action'.

About the event
Another activity by the Active Agingh Hub Ltd. It is so important that no matter what your age, you take on new challenges. Life is to be lived, and the most important thing is that we are socialising and meeting new friends. It is so important to give new opportunities a go; it may just amaze you how much fun you could have. This will be conducted every Thursday from 4.15 pm to 5.15 pm. The Ukuleles will be supplied, and the teacher will be Jimmi Laubscher, whose father and mother are AAH members and active in the dance group. Jimmi has experience as a musician in a local band and now Manages the music store Manny's in the Valley. I am confident it is going to be plenty of fun, and it will cost only $20 per person. Sue Lettmann will be the Co-ordinator of this Event
