Pickleball Session, Every Tuesday

This became a very successful event at the Albion Sports Centre, with a great group of participants. It has been decided that this will be a regular event on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. each week. It costs $15 per session, and bats and balls are supplied. Register now so you don't miss out.

About the event
It has been decided that Pickleball will become a regular AAH activity, initially every Tuesday from 9 am to 10.30 am at the Albion Sports Centre. This centre is under cover so much better in summer months. There are only two courts, so numbers are limited for each session. Our selection rule is that the first registered get the position, but if you miss one week, you are in for the following week. However, if the demand grows, then more sessions will be included, just as has happened with our tennis, where we now play eight sessions a week with 68 players. When the weather cools down, we will look at the possibility of playing at the UQ Tennis & Sports Centre at St Lucia for those on the south side.
The cost at this stage is $15 per person per session.
