Fun with Music Group - 2024
For 2024, we want to broaden the scope of Fun with Music Group. Are you aware that singing and synching our voices with others has been shown to produce oxytocin, boost the immune system, lower cortisol levels and relieve stress for those living with cancer? The cost is just $20 per person.

About the event
Another activity by the Active Agingh Hub Ltd. It would be best if you took on new challenges regardless of age. Music we all know brings much joy to our lives, and we only need to hear a song, and we are taken back to a past era. Life is to be lived; the most crucial is socialising and meeting new friends. It is so important to give new opportunities a go; it may just amaze you how much fun you could have. Every second Thursday from 10.00 am to 11 am, there will be singing classes with a new professional music teacher, Hannah Cheetham, and the cost will be $20 per session. There have been two sessions, and we have received rave reviews. I am confident it will be plenty of fun. Mark Laubscher will be the Co-ordinator of this Event (On holiday in May).
