This is the type of exercise regime that older people require. This is a pilot session organised by AAH and Amanda Hill (a Certificate IV in Fitness Trainer) to measure the interest and suitability of a 6-week programme being considered in the new year. Introductory offer of just $10 per person.

About the event
As we age we have a major issue in that the flexibility of our body reduces. Nearly all of us complain about bad backs at some time. Some of us even have trouble putting on our shoes and when we want to look to the left or right we turn our whole body not just our necks. Yes, there is something that we can do about it but going to gyms is not enticing us. But if we could have easy flexibility sessions with a trainer that is making it FUN, then we can be confident to regain some of this flexibility that we need from our body. So join us, have some fun and start the journey of regaining our flexibility.
