About the event
Why This AGM Is So Important
This year’s Annual General Meeting is particularly important for Active Aging Hub. It is not simply a meeting to report on the past year — it is an opportunity for members to help shape the future of our organisation.
There are two important matters for members to consider:
1. Important changes to our Constitution
We are proposing changes to our Constitution to strengthen the organisation and align it with the requirements for registration with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
These changes will not fundamentally alter the way we operate or the activities we enjoy. Rather, they are about putting the right foundations in place so Active Aging Hub can continue to grow and provide greater opportunities for our members into the future.
