After a very successful social event in May, it is now by popular demand to organise another Social Event. This is a REAL BIG ONE. A Sunday afternoon in August, a rare opportunity to enjoy fine food and wine along with some of Australia's best performers, in a classic Brisbane winter setting.

An outdoor festival of fine music, food and wine
"The idea of And A Little More Red has been percolating in our brains for a while – the concept of a day of music, food and wine in a gorgeous setting, an event to stir the senses, warm the musical heartstrings and, hopefully, to create happy memories.
And here it is!
A one-day mini-festival featuring concerts from The Boxties and internationally acclaimed violinist Glenn Christensen, followed by a long lunch created by in-demand Adelaide chefs, Jo Leal and Jimmy Toone, hosted by wine guru Olivia Evans.
Set amongst the orange trees, grape vines, vegetables and rose bushes at “Glendalore”, the home of two of the Boxties’ favourite collaborators Marcia and Lee, it will be a little more of everything we love – music, food, wine, conversation and party-time!
